We have been working with the @shinealightccs to help transform their head office and family centre based in Rugby.

The charity provides support to children and young people diagnosed with cancer, and their families through their treatment. The centre ensures that the children and families always have somewhere they can go for advice and support.

Members of our project team for Warwick Hospital painted and decorated the interior of the building. While members of our Joinery Shop team used their volunteering days to construct and install a playpen for the family rooms, transforming the centre into a relaxing space.

The Warwick Hospital project is procured through the Procure Partnerships Framework, these activities form part of our KPI commitments to delivering social value within the local communities of our framework schemes.

We are happy to announce works are underway to improve two school buildings for @leicestercitycouncil at Overdale Infant & Junior School and Elmbrook School.

Procured via the Procure Partnerships Framework, the £3.5m scheme at Overdale School will see a new classroom added and an extension to the current infant school facilities, along with the demolition of a redundant swimming pool.

With aims of improving the pupil referral unit at Elmbrook school, we are undertaking the partial demolition and refurbishment of existing buildings, valued at £4.5m.

Thomas Sewell, regional director at Stepnell, said: “Having worked consistently on projects within the education sector, we’re looking forward to supporting Leicester City Council in its aims to improve shortage issues it is facing and more importantly improve the school experience for local children.”

Christian White, senior pre-construction manager at Stepnell, said: “These projects also signify our growing work with PPF as we become more of an established partner on the framework and deliver to clients the additional benefits that PPF enables.”

Works at Bournemouth University Talbot Campus, Dor

Works at Bournemouth University Talbot Campus, Dorset House are complete with Poole House due to complete in the coming days. The project included the strip out and complete internal refurbishment of both areas, including acoustic panelling, glazed partitions and an array of high spec finishes. We are very proud to announce we have been appoint

We are very proud to announce we have been appointed as the main contractor on a new Forest School scheme in Coalville, Leicestershire, delivered in partnership with @harworthgroup, @thisisnwleics and @leicscountyhall.

Designed by architects Lungfish Architects, the two-form entry school will provide 420 places and will be built to a bespoke design based on forest school principles.

The sustainable and creative design of the school aligns well with our comprehensive construction offering.

We are also proud of our strong regional reputation in the East Midlands, and look forward to delivering not only a fantastic project for the people of Coalville, but also leaving a lasting legacy of social value here too.

Whatever the challenge, our expertise and holistic approach gives our clients the confidence that every aspect of their project will be efficiently executed.
