The design and construction of a new three storey development providing 26 stylish apartments, with communal lounge.

Constructed on behalf of Bromsgrove District Housing Trust, thirteen of the twenty- six properties are available on a shared ownership basis, comprising twelve two-bedroom apartments and one one- bedroom apartment.

In addition to the usual challenges faced by town centre developments, this site was on a very tight footprint which meant that there was very limited space for the storage of materials.

Additionally, access to the site had to be shared with the neighbouring McCarthy and Stone site. This resulted in the close coordination of works with the McCarthy and Stone construction team throughout the duration of the project.

We also maintained close liaison with the neighbouring nursery, and rebuilt a wall for them as a gesture of goodwill, and ran a drawing competition to get the children involved in the project.
