Creating a brand new driver training facility in Burton-on-Trent for UPS – the world’s largest package delivery company.

Stepnell was appointed by Anson’s Global to construct a brand new driver training facility for its client UPS.

Using a steel frame construction, with TATA Steel cladding to all elevations and power floated floor slab, the new facility provides a 15,000 ft sq industrial unit, an amenity block that includes male, female and disabled toilets, along with a cleaners’ area and an extensive tarmac area for driver training.

Our works included the installation of all services in the building and undertaking landscaping works and the creation of a swale, as well as repairing an existing live culvert and foul connection across a private road.
